Construction Compliance Service Specialists

In 1998, a Code Enforcement Inspector that helped start the SCEP program and as a Rehabilitation Construction Specialist (RCS) who oversaw over 40 million dollars or rehab for the city of Los Angeles, founded Windrich Group Inc. He assembled a multi–disciplined group of professionals such as retired City Inspectors, licensed structural Engineers, tenured General Building Contractors and multiple licensed trade contractors with expert understanding of building codes and construction systems. 

Collectively, we work to advise and guide owners with our extensive knowledge and experience to provide property solutions of the highest quality, done right the first time. Problems are inspected, then solutions detected and in closing, they are properly corrected.
